Norse Commercial Services are always on the lookout for high calibre, ambitious and motivated graduates to join its Graduate Programme. Norse wants to develop its graduates in order to become future leaders of one of the country’s fastest growing public and private sector Facilities Management companies.

During the 2-year programme you will gain valuable experience working across multiple business functions from locations around the country. Our individually tailored programme is challenging and experience-led, giving you exposure to managing people and budgets from day one. In addition, you will have opportunities to take part in, and run, real time projects with real business benefits.

Our Graduate Programme has been designed to ensure you gain valuable learning experiences in areas such as; FM operations in both hard and soft services, project management, business development, human resource management, health and safety compliance, change management and service delivery.

Each graduate is assigned a member of our talented senior management team who will guide and mentor you throughout the programme. On top of this you can expect a competitive salary and benefits package, including: car allowance, company mobile, laptop and discounted health club memberships. In addition, Norse will financially support their graduates through a range of industry leading qualifications. Furthermore, upon successful completion of the programme, graduates will move in to a full-time, permanent managerial position with direct responsibility for delivering services for our Joint Venture and Commercial client base.
