Enterprise Mobility 2025 graduate opportunities

Company Company profile

Join Enterprise Mobility on our Graduate Programme, and become one of the new generation helping us write the next chapter of our success story.

Enterprise Mobility started life as a small business in 1957. Still family-owned, it's grown to be the largest global mobility provider in the world, with 9,500+ branches globally, an annual turnover of $38 billion and the biggest rental vehicle fleet on the planet.

From our senior leaders to our interns, Enterprise Mobility gives everyone the freedom to explore their potential, and the opportunities they need to rise to new challenges and take their skills to the next level - because their growth is what makes Enterprise Mobility’s growth possible.

Nowhere is this philosophy better illustrated than in our approach to graduate careers. When people join us as summer interns, on a one year industrial placement or on our award-winning Management Training Programme, we empower them to start contributing right from the word go. It helps that we are divided up into smaller, local branches, so our graduates gain the skills and experience needed to run their own business in as little as two years.

Enterprise Mobility is also still family-owned – our CEO Chrissy Taylor is the third generation of the Taylor family to run the company. This allows us to look forward even more confidently to the future, providing the stability we need to pursue the long-term good for our business, our employees and our customers.

“The culture at Enterprise Mobility is energetic, inclusive and team driven. It’s a place where hard work is recognised, and all wins are celebrated”

Description:

Before joining Enterprise Mobility, I studied Business and Management at the University of the West of England in Bristol. During my studies, I was especially drawn to leadership, operations, and customer service – areas that aligned perfectly with the hands-on, people focused environment Enterprise Mobility offers. What attracted me most was the clear path for career progression and the overall structure of the Graduate Management Trainee Programme, which promised real responsibility and growth.

Since joining, I’ve received amazing support from my managers and team. They have been approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my development. They have always shown flexibility and consistent guidance as I’ve taken on more responsibility. I now work as a Management Assistant, supporting the day-to-day running of the branch and helping to drive growth by tracking performance metrics, winning new business, and collaborating with the wider teams.

The culture at Enterprise Mobility is energetic, inclusive and team driven. It’s a place where hard work is recognised, and all wins are celebrated. I’ve grown significantly in areas like communication, problem solving, and time management since joining Enterprise Mobility.

If you’re thinking about applying, my advice is: go for it! Enterprise Mobility offers real opportunity, rewards hard work and gives you genuine career progression.

“Since joining, I’ve felt incredibly supported, especially through regular one-on-one meetings with my manager.”

Description:

I grew up in South Africa and moved to the UK in 2023 right after graduating. I’ve always worked in customer service, mainly as a waiter or bartender while studying at university. I have always loved learning more about customers and their experiences.

I was initially attracted to Enterprise Mobility by the career progression. It felt like an organisation where hard work and a positive attitude could take you far. The fast-paced, people first approach also stood out to me with the added bonus of talking to customers from all over the world every day.

Since joining, I’ve felt incredibly supported, especially through regular one-on-one meetings with my manager. These sessions not only track my performance, but also help map out a clear pathway for my development, which has consistently kept me engaged and focused on personal and professional growth.

I’m now an Assistant Manager at one of the largest locations in Europe. I help manage around 200+ vehicle returns daily and make sure we have the right vehicles for our customers while driving sales and service. A big part of my role now is developing my team – because when they grow, we all win. Seeing my colleagues progress fuels the overall success of the branch.

Enterprise Mobility’s culture is energetic, team-driven, and filled with people who are serious about their careers. My proudest achievement has been turning an underperforming team into a top sales group through tailored coaching and support.

If you’re considering applying – be brave, do it with your heart, and don’t be afraid to make mistakes.

“You don’t need a degree in business to succeed – just the willingness to work hard, learn, and lean in.”

Description:

I’ve always loved working with people. I spent several years working in hospitality and retail and always thrived working in busy, customer facing roles. During university, I worked part-time in Topshop (and yes, fully took advantage of the staff discount!). I remember signing up a customer to a loyalty card who worked at Enterprise Mobility. Years later, when I saw the organisation on a graduate job board, it immediately caught my attention. The people-focussed approach and career progression made it clear that it was a perfect fit.

Since joining, I’ve felt supported every step of the way. I’ve had incredible mentors and leaders who believed in me and helped shape my development. I’ve also built strong networks internally and externally.

In my current role, as an Area Manager, I focus on leading and empowering my team to deliver great service while constantly evolving and growing. It’s about being adaptable, forward-thinking, and creating a space where people, both customers and colleagues, feel valued and supported.

The culture is inclusive, high-energy, and focused on growth. You don’t need a degree in business to succeed – just the willingness to work hard, learn, and lean in. My proudest achievement was being nominated for a Businesswoman of the Year award. But truly, the real reward is seeing my team succeed.

If you’re thinking of applying - don’t be afraid to make mistakes. Honestly. I’ve stumbled, I’ve failed, but every one of those moments has taught me something valuable. It’s helped me grow into a better manager, a stronger leader, and a more resilient person. So be bold, be curious, and back yourself. The journey is worth it.

What exactly does the Management Training Programme involve?
When you join us as a Management Trainee, you’ll start off by taking part in a classroom-based orientation session, before being assigned to a branch office for some hands-on business training. This will include management skills, finance, marketing, operations, sales, and customer service. You’ll also learn valuable business skills from capable mentors who were once in your shoes. And within a year you could be promoted to Assistant Manager. From then on, you’ll also receive a percentage of the profits generated by your branch, which means you could earn more, thanks to our performance-based culture.

What qualifications do I need to get on the management training programme?
We’re ideally looking for university graduates, but will also consider applications from non-graduates if you have experience gained in a previous customer service, management or sales role. Either way, you should be interested in management, sales as well as working with people. A strong work ethic, good communication skills and enjoying working as part of a team are also essential to this role.

What is the deadline for applications?
We recruit people on an on-going basis throughout the year. So whenever you’re ready to apply, we’re ready to talk to you.

Why do I need a driving licence to work for Enterprise Mobility?
We require employees for our placement and management programmes to have a full licence for the country in which they are working. That’s because a portion of the role involves being on the road – making sales calls, picking up customers and going to visit customers. If you don’t have a licence because of a disability, we are certainly able to accommodate you. Please contact your nearest Enterprise Mobility recruiting team who will be able to help you.
