Day 1 at Spencer Ogden begins with a thorough corporate induction, enabling all new employees to understand the global business’ goals versus its team.

At Spencer Ogden, we offer a world-class 12-month training academy to all of our entry-level recruitment consultants. This stringent curriculum consists of a blend of development initiatives, including our global e-learning platform, the Pod, modulated classroom training, mentor support, skills assessments and dedicated coaching from the L&D team.

Application procedure

All consultants are provided with an SO development book which is a tool that is consistently used throughout the year, to ensure manager and individuals are able to effectively track progress of learning and achievements.

From the beginning, no matter what level you join us at, you will understand how you can progress within our business and be provided with a clear career development plan that visibly outlines what individuals need to achieve their next promotion.
