The Capita IT skills development programme – Novus, provides you with
industry approved free training and work experience that will launch
your career in IT.
With a dedicated trainer to bring your knowledge and skills up to speed

How often does Capita recruit for the Novus programme?

for Capita. Your employment begins when you start your first assignment.
Can I continue my training after the initial training period?
