About the Role:
TalenTeam Limited is an award-winning provider of learning and talent solutions, specializing in SAP SuccessFactors. We're looking for a Junior Sales Associate to support our sales team by managing smaller contracts and assisting with the operational aspects of larger deals. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their sales career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage sub-£100k projects for existing and net new SAP SuccessFactors customers, including
- Support contracts
- Health Checks
- Integrations & Migrations
- Small Statements of Work (SOW) projects
- License renewals
- Training sales
- Third-party license sales
- Support Larger Sales Opportunities:
- Assist Senior Sales team members with operational tasks related to larger deals
- Ensure smooth processing of contracts, order forms, and administrative tasks
- Liaise with internal teams to facilitate deal progression
- Sales Process Management:
- Create and close support contracts, order forms, and SOWs
- Maintain accurate sales stage values and close dates in HubSpot CRM
- Ensure seamless handover of larger projects to Senior Sales team members
- Lead Nurturing & Sales Communication:
- Manage sales communications with potential clients to nurture leads
- Identify and engage with prospects within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem to create new sales opportunities
Requirements
- A people person
- Some experience in sales would be desirable
- Understanding and use of IT systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while supporting larger sales deals
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
