Training & Profiles
We’ve designed a flexible framework that puts you in control of
achieving your goals - whether that’s gaining professional accreditation
or simply building the skills you need for a successful long-term
career. You’ll be responsible for driving your own development. It’s
your future, after all. But we’ll give you plenty of support along the
way to make sure you realise your potential.
You’ll be joining a three-year programme, including a two-day induction
with your fellow graduates (typically held in September) and further day
events throughout the programme.

• On-the-job experience, working on real projects for a range of clients

Do you offer placements?
Yes, we offer both summer (12 weeks) and industrial placements UK wide.
You’ll be able to develop your technical skills and gain valuable
experience to add to your CV. You’ll also be making important contacts
in the industry and if you do well and like what we do, you’ll be able
to fast-track through part of the graduate process later on. In fact,
this would be the ideal starting point for a graduate career with us.
Is there a graduate community?
As well as a professional organisation with a great culture, you’ll be
joining an active community with the chance to be part of sports and
charitable events. Whilst being part of our wider Atkins graduate
community, you’ll also find that your chosen sector has some additional
specific opportunities and support for you. If you’re keen to build your
