On finishing university many of my friends seemed to be settling for very average jobs, so when I found the Spicerhaart graduate programme I couldn't believe they would prepare me to become a manager within just 12 months. As it turned out they over delivered, and within 11 months I’d been promoted to manager of haart Lettings in Ilford. Since then I’ve been continuing my training on the Management Development Programme and am on track for my next promotion to Branch Manager Grade 2. After 2 years with Spicerhaart my career has progressed far more than any single person I know who graduated from my class.
Training & Profiles
We are extremely proud to offer a unique management opportunity to highly motivated individuals. The residential lettings industry is going through unprecedented expansion and our company is at the forefront of this vanguard.
Success on our Graduate Management Programme could see you progress to Lettings Branch Manager within 12 months of starting with us, regardless of what previous property or managerial experience you have. You will be fast tracked through our Training & Development Programme which will see you develop from Trainee Negotiator to Assistant Branch Manager.
You will attend up to 4 training sessions a month, delivered by our dedicated Graduate Development team - the remainder of your time will be spent gaining experience working within your nominated branch and being mentored and developed by your manager.
At the end of the course you will be eligible to apply for any Branch Manager posts available within our letting division across the country or help launch and manage new branches that we are scheduled to open as part of our continuing expansion.

Graduates will be based in one of our well established branches throughout London and the South East.
We offer a basic salary with a commission structure which is boosted at 4 monthly intervals throughout the programme. A typical graduate should expect to earn an on target salary of between £25,000 and £30,000 in their first year.
Graduates will be given a branded company car during their second week of employment
There is an opportunity to win a place on our all expenses paid annual high achievers experience - previous destinations have included Miami, Abu Dhabi and New York. In 2016 we will be taking approximately 80 employees to Bangkok. We also host quarterly awards evenings, social events and many other incentives for graduates.
