RB is the world's leading consumer health and hygiene company, with Powerbrands such as Nurofen, Strepsils, Dettol, Finish and Vanish sold in nearly 200 countries with operations in over 60 countries.

Every day, we strive to find even better ways to give people innovative solutions for healthier lives and happier homes.

Feeling well is at the heart of RB's rapidly growing consumer health business. Making a difference to the lives of consumers means we continually invest in research and innovation to stay ahead of the game. In fact, we are changing the game in consumer health.

Ranked in the TOP 20 on the London Stock Exchange, our relentless drive to outperform has trebled our revenue since 2000 and quadrupled our market cap. In 2013, we achieved net revenues of £10.0bn in 2013. Forbes ranks us as one of the 30 most innovative companies in the world.

Changing the game

We never stop looking for better ways to make people’s lives healthier and their homes happier. This means thinking boldly, pushing boundaries and wherever possible implementing breakthrough ideas.

The same approach informs our work with Save the Children, where we’re helping to stop one of the biggest killers of children under five. And without it, we would not have been able to cut our carbon footprint by 20% in just five years.

Training & Profiles

One year in Sales and one in Marketing – our programme gives you maximum exposure to our global business. You’ll work on some of the biggest brands and customer accounts in the world. Brands like Dettol, Durex, Clearasil, Finish and Veet. At the same time, you’ll take ownership of high-profile projects and gain real recognition for your results.

It won’t be easy — and this programme isn’t for everyone. We operate in a tough, competitive sector where margins are tight and expectations are high. You’ll need to be assertive, brave and take calculated risks. But above all, you’ll need to be driven to deliver results. If that’s you, there could be a highly successful future for you at RB.

Your year in Sales

Working on big budget projects from the outset, you’ll start as a Sales Executive looking after business plans, devising promotional sales strategies and managing relationships with our key customers.

Your year in Marketing

From the minute you lay eyes on our market-leading brands, we’ll expect you to deliver creative ideas on a range of campaigns. You’ll look after digital marketing, PR, in-store promotions, new product launches, packaging... and everything in between.

You’ll find yourself working on one of our 19 powerbrands or customer accounts and making a real contribution. In our business, the next big idea can come from anywhere and anyone. And it’s not unusual for us to bring these ideas to market in less than a year – something that’s almost unheard of in our industry.
