Training & Profiles
- You will rotate in different projects over the course of this program to get maximum exposure to all parts of our business to assist in your development. During the program, you will develop an in-depth understanding and knowledge of IT at Booking.com, working on live projects and getting on and off-the job training.
- You will complete an intensive 12-month program based in our global headquarters in Amsterdam, supported by a network of colleagues, managers, mentors and our HR team.
- You will learn how the different parts of our business interact.
- You will work in a small startup-like group which takes full ownership of its part of our platform, and you start contributing to our success from day one.
