Constellation Automotive Group is the largest vertically integrated digital car marketplace in Europe, combining the leading digital brands across the segments of C2B, B2B AND B2C. Our leading automotive brands include webuyanycar, cinch, Marshall, BCA and elmo.
Our popular and successful Graduate Scheme has been running for 8 years, and has recruited over 80 new talent into the business. We continue to see great success as our graduates' progress through the group and with ambitious digital and physical automotive services growth plans, we are looking for our cohort of 2023 of aspiring future leaders who are enthusiastic, well-motivated with a genuine desire for a career in the automotive industry.
Our generalist programme gives graduates the opportunity to experience a variety of business disciplines and is therefore ideal for those who aren’t quite sure where they want to focus their career just yet. We also provide the option of specialist graduate focus, for those who know where they want to take their career, within areas such as IT and Technology, Finance and Commercial and Sales.
What’s in it for me?
All graduates who join us, regardless of the route you choose (Generalist or Specialist), will be part of a larger cohort, giving you a graduate community as you rotate around the group during your programme. You will get together regularly for personal development days and will spend your induction together, becoming a tight knit group. You will have a buddy on each rotation, and a mentor supporting you throughout the programme to help you maximise your experience.
All our programmes also offer additional qualifications; our finance programme is a 3-year course and includes sponsorship through ACCA or CIMA, depending on personal preference. Our Generalist, Commercial and Sales and IT/technology programmes are all 18 month’s duration and offer additional relevant qualifications through our apprenticeship scheme. There are plenty of soft skills you’ll develop too, like confidence, influencing and building relationships to help you succeed.
Useful information
All programmes will start in September 2023.
Our adverts will close in January 2023, and our assessment centres are being held in March 2023 in Hook, Hampshire and Bedford. These are onsite and are a great opportunity for you to meet other potential graduates on the programme, employees across the group as well the chance for us all to get to know each other better. You will get some real insight into our programme as we have current and former graduates involved in the day. NB. All expenses will be paid for.
In order to be successful on our Graduate Scheme, you need to hold a full driving license and comfortable with frequent overnight hotel stays. Our sites are all over the UK and you will be required to travel often as part of your rotations. We provide a company car to support you with this.
We welcome any applications from those with right to work in the UK, however are unable to offer skilled worker visas to candidates once graduate visas expire, as cannot guarantee you will enter a role that qualifies for this.
