Training & Profiles
You’ll start your intensive program with an 8 week induction as an Assistant Manager. It will then be time to put your feet up for a week before you roll up your sleeves and manage the restaurant through the busy Christmas period. Following on, you’ll have the opportunity to hone your management skills further to help you reach the end goal of being a General Manager.
But it doesn’t have to stop there… we have a proven track record of developing individuals in to Area and Operations Managers. You could even follow in the footsteps of our CEO, Danny Breithaupt.
Some things we’ll cover in your first year:
On the job training and coaching, Leadership Skills, E-learning, Business & Financial Planning, Scheduled workshops and courses, Employment Law, First Aid, Personal License qualifications, Networking and Support.
£23,000 plus Great company benefits, Pension, Share save scheme (oh and free food of course) Full time, Permanent, Start September 2016
Not for the faint hearted, this is a hand’s on role where you’ll learn all aspects of running a successful business. We’ll give you a personal training and development plan to help you master all aspects of running a multimillion pound restaurant.
What’s required from you:
- A degree in Hospitality/Catering
- Flexible to work days, evenings and weekends
- Flexible on location in your requested region (you may need to drive to get there)
