Our Business pathway is aimed at graduates who have a desire to develop their career through exposure to a variety of functions which will provide them with a wide-ranging knowledge base. Applicants can be from a multitude of degree disciplines, need to be able to think laterally in order to challenge our current approaches and be UK mobile.
Our Technical pathway is aimed at graduates who have a desire to develop their career by applying the knowledge gained from their degree to a specific job role from day one. Applicants will preferably have studied a relevant degree, have related work experience and be regionally mobile.
We offer a competitive starting salary and benefits package including, where relevant, support in attaining professional accreditation and payment of professional membership fees. All graduates join us on a 2 year fixed term contract.
