Our ambitions are based around our growth in the successful product categories of tea and coffee. Our largest brand, Yorkshire Tea is the number three brand in the UK market with a value share of 13%; and our Taylors of Harrogate roast and ground coffee is the leading retail brand with a share of 15%.

Our Graduate Development Programme
Our programme offers graduates an exciting future and a career path in a number of functions. We’re currently recruiting for the following opportunities:

The structure of the programme is designed to support your transition into our business within a specific function. After an induction period, you will commence a two year programme doing a real job in your chosen function delivering key projects for the business. Your programme will be split into four distinct six month placements which will give you exposure to a new subject area with new challenges. You will have development opportunities which are second to none including skills workshops, leadership development and a dedicated mentor to ensure you achieve your full potential. At the end of the programme, it is expected that you will be well equipped for a permanent role within the business.
