We are looking for Business Development Executives to join our family in Wimbledon, South West London, who will grow and develop into our next generation of Business Development Managers. Successful SoftwareONE Business Development Executives need to have the right combination of sales and business acumen, technical comprehension, creativity, and collaborative problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of a 2:2 or equivalent in any subject
- Underlying desire to prove yourself, motivated by rewards and success, proactively tackle challenges and celebrate success
- Ability to deal with setbacks, with resilience & understanding
- Quota-driven and achievement-oriented with strong collaboration skills
- Prior sales experience in customer service, telesales, business-to-business (B2B), direct, retail, inside, or field sales would be an advantage

Day to day will involve proactively interacting with customers, while being coached by experienced sales professionals. You will be required to identify new prospects and new customers across an assigned geographic territory. You will be responsible for achieving all sales and revenue goals for an assigned territory by developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with customers and partners.
