For graduates who want to be responsible for keeping our mail moving, there’s our Operations Scheme. Taking your position at the front line of the business, you’ll learn on the job in one of our Mail Centres or Delivery Offices – and you’ll be managing a team of up to 40 from day one.
For those who want to shape the business from within our Commercial and Professional Functions, we offer four programmes: Commercial, HR, Finance and Technology. To join one of these programmes you’ll need to be forward thinking and ready to make a difference to the future of Royal Mail.
Whether you join us on a Professional Programme or on our Operations Scheme, you’ll embark on a programme specially designed to give you the skills you’ll need to make a real impact on the business. Rotating through a number of placements, you’ll get to grips with the size of the challenges you’ll face and regular training will prepare you to take your place in this FTSE 100 organisation.
