Our career programmes
You’ll typically start with up to 12 weeks of hands-on, practical
training led by industry expert coaches that take theory and apply it to
practical applications and project-based scenarios.
Next, you’ll be placed on-site with one of our clients. You’ll be able
to choose from a range of different industry sectors that includes
banking, insurance, luxury retail, professional services, government,
technology, aviation and defence.
Following this, you’ll transition into a career within our consultancy
division OR you’ll have the option to choose a permanent position at
your placement organisation.
Every programme gives you exposure to innovative, disruptive technology
and training methodologies and elevates what you have to offer.
What happens on placement?
As part of your continuous professional development, you’ll have the
opportunity to further your study and gain industry recognised
certifications. We’ll challenge you to think differently, solve problems
with creativity and push yourself while expanding your horizons.
Career Programmes
Software development and implementation
Our development and implementation programmes prepare you for a career
in software development, testing, cloud or applications support. During
training, you’ll engage in identifying, designing, installing, testing,
maintaining and updating a software system for a company from the ground
up. As part of your continuous professional development, you can study
towards certifications from professional bodies such as BCS, ISTQB,
Oracle, Microsoft, Google and Amazon.
Data and analytics
Your initial training will cover modules such as: entry to analytics,
data in SQL, Python and Excel, data visualisation and modelling, machine
learning and artificial intelligence. All to prepare you for a career
path in data analysis. As part of your continuous professional
development, you can study for certifications from CompTIA and BCS – The
Chartered Institute for IT.
Business analysis
During training, you’ll gain exposure to an extensive range of business
analysis tools and techniques to manage business change. You’ll learn
how a business analyst plays a key role in communicating between
internal and external parties, support the organisation’s needs and
design the latest innovative business solutions. As part of your
continuous professional development, you can work towards an
International Diploma in Business Analysis from the BCS – The Chartered
Institute for IT.
Project management
Your training will cover everything you need to succeed in a project
management career, from techniques for self-confidence and business
acronyms to finance and management. You’ll learn how to identify project
risks, analyse critical paths, manage and delegate stakeholder tasks, as
well as formulate and publish key project reports. As part of your
continuous professional development, you can study for certifications
from professional bodies such as AMP, PRINCE2, BCS and PMP.

Our application process
Getting started on your journey
We want to make sure you get the best out of our training and that you
enjoy the programme, so we have a comprehensive application process to
make sure, at every step, that this is a good decision for you. It will
help to ensure that you’ll be able to handle the intensive training
period, you’re suitable for the work stream you choose and you’re
passionate about developing a career in Tech.
1. Once you’ve applied, we’ll make sure you’re on the right workstream
for you. We may call you to discuss your skills and interests to confirm
the programme is right for you.
2. Then, if you application is successful, we will contact you to
arrange a video or telephone competency-based interview with one of the
team.
3. Next is the logic and reasoning assessment. This is a multiple-choice
assessment. It has sections relating to numerical reasoning, cognitive
processing, analytical reasoning, vocabulary and reading comprehension.
4. The final stage is an online assessment centre. The day includes
presentations from the team, a group task, a written exercise relevant
to the programme you have applied for and a video interview* with one of
our trainers.
*The video interview may take place on a different day
