Training & Profiles
Our employees work exclusively with one of our digital media software tools (Meltwater News, Press and Buzz), and start within either our new business or client relations teams. We are looking for ambitious, driven individuals with excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and the desire to succeed on an international level!
Our New Business Development department is responsible for acquiring new clients for Meltwater, and is central to our global expansion. In New Business, you will be on the front line, learning what fuels a company, how to pitch concepts and ideas, and how to develop your own client portfolio.
In Client Relations, you will be given a portfolio of existing clients to manage from across all industries. Your relationship building and contract negotiation skills will be sharpened through the development of long term accounts, and you will regularly consult with your clients on their online media needs.
Once you have mastered the initial sales and business development stage you will begin your journey into management. Hopefully this will be within your first twelve months with us! Initially you will manage a team of people, and as you become more confident in management, you will be eligible for further management roles at an international level.
