ETS was established in 1986 in Lichfield, Staffordshire, and works exclusively in the field of trans-national mobility programmes. During the last 20 years it has organised projects under the following European Union initiatives: Young workers exchanges, Petra, Lingua, Comett, Adapt, Horizon, Socrates and Leonardo Phase I, II and III (2007-2013). The objectives of the programmes are to enhance employability by enabling participants to acquire invaluable work experience relevant to their educational and professional background and career aspirations.
This experience has enabled us to formalise our procedures and also establish a stable network of partners who understand the training requirements of each beneficiary. Destinations include Italy (Padova and Reggio Calabria), France (Montpellier, Ales, Amiens and Paris), Spain (Sevilla and Gran Canaria) Czech Republic (Prague), Germany (Berlin and Hamburg), Austria (Vienna) and Slovakia (Bratislava and central regions). The total duration of the programme is 12 weeks.
