We are looking for 2-4 trainees who will be able to hit the ground running, and bring clear thinking and creativity to tricky issues. This is an extraordinary time for local government. We face some of the most demanding financial pressures in known history, yet we also have unprecedented opportunities to change the way in which we do things.

We need individuals who aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo, who will bring fresh ideas, and who are willing to work with others to help improve the way we do things.
