g2 Cardiff specialize in recruitment in the European Engineering industry, and the UK Public Sector – Town Planning markets. If you join the team, you too will become an expert in your role by working alongside some of g2's highest earning consultants who have walked the walk and are now ready to teach you their ways!

We are organically grown here at g2, meaning we hire consultants to join us from the entry level, so don’t worry, you don’t need any experience!

We also have positions on our Trainee Recruitment Consultant program across our UK offices in Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham, London, Reading, Swansea, Bristol and Leeds. The role

As a 360-recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process. From building relationships with hiring companies and making connections with clients, to communicating with and managing the expectations of potential candidates who are looking for their next role. You will be supplying clients across the European sectors with the best talent the market has to offer by building relationships and selling your services as a recruiter!
