Kubrick Group

The role:

As a Data Management consultant, you are often the commercial voice in an organisations’ data team and play a crucial role as ‘translator’ between the data team and the organisations’ business function, allowing both to understand each other and work together to drive transformation.

Our client projects vary, and you may find yourself working on data governance or data quality, in which you are responsible for ensuring all data is accessible, usable, safe, and trusted. Alternatively, your role may focus on data architecture, which is the backbone to any organisations' data strategy. Regardless of the project, we will give you the relevant tools and guidance that will allow you to bring about positive change.

What you’ll get:

  • Four months of salaried training, delivered by technical professionals in a hybrid setting alongside a cohort of others, in the latest data management tools, technologies, and processes.
  • Commerciality training to ensure you are prepared for data management projects post-training.
  • Long-term, salaried placements* with leading organisations once you have passed the training, where you will work as a consultant on a variety of data management projects alongside a team of others for up to two years.
  • Opportunities to work on internal projects with Kubrick and continue upskilling between client placements.
  • Access to accreditations through tech partners including Microsoft, Tableau, Amazon, Google, and more which are paid-for by us.
  • Dedicated support throughout training, client placements, and internal projects from our in-house team.
  • The opportunity to join your client as a permanent employee after 2 years of client placements or remain with us and continue progressing internally.
  • The opportunity to stay connected to us through our alumni program even if you do choose to leave after 2 years of client placements.
  • Rapid career acceleration.

*Please note, client placements are arranged by Kubrick. You will not be expected to find your own placements however you will be expected to interview.
