Lidl - Customer Loyalty Graduate Programme
Lidl
Everyone who works at Lidl brings something unique to the table - but we also have a whole lot in common. We're curious, collaborative, and ready to make a tangible impact on where we work.
Just like you.
Step into the heart of Lidl's Head Office and spend two transformative years immersed in our Customer Insights and Customer Relationship Management teams, one year in each. As a key player in our mission to be the first choice for customers, you'll analyse internal and external data to uncover what truly drives shopper behaviour. Your insights will help shape loyalty strategies, optimise campaigns, and turn everyday customers into passionate fans.
