What you’ll get:

• Starting salary between £24,000–£24,750 + uncapped commission from day one (no thresholds)
• 1st year OTE £35–45k | 2nd year £50–70k | 3rd year £80–100k+

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

• Business development – building your own client base by reaching out to decision-makers in fast-growing Engineering and Tech companies across the UK and Europe
• Client relationships – working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and how you can help grow their teams
• Candidate sourcing – headhunting skilled professionals, screening CVs, and conducting interviews
• Process management – arranging interviews, negotiating salaries, and securing offers
• Market building – becoming an expert in your niche and positioning yourself as the go-to recruiter in your space
