As fast-track routes to management go, few can be faster
than our award-winning Management Training Programme. Through hands-on
experience and excellent training, our graduate Trainees can progress to
Assistant Manager and even Branch Manager in as little as two years.
Our opportunities
After a classroom-based orientation session,
you'll be based in one of our branches, gaining hands-on experience of
our operation and learning the many valuable skills you'll need to
manage a business. Everything from sales, marketing and account
management to coaching, mentoring and leadership skills.
The initial training takes around 8 to 12 months, after which you should be ready to move into an Assistant Manager role. From there you can set your sights on branch management and beyond. As the world’s largest car rental company, we offer endless opportunities for career progression, not just across the UK but internationally too.
