Starting Salary: £27,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £40K+ Year 1)

The Role: German-Speaking Recruitment Sales

This is a sales-focused career path rather than an HR/Talent Acquisition role, where you’ll use your German fluency to:

  • Build relationships with clients and candidates in German-speaking markets.
  • Source top talent and negotiate deals across Germany, Austria & Switzerland.
  • Hit sales targets in a fast-paced, commission-rich environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development – Prospect and close deals with German-speaking clients.
  • Candidate Sourcing – Headhunt freelancers, contractors and permanent professionals in the DACH region.
  • Networking – Attend industry events and engage with stakeholders in their native language.
  • Sales & Negotiation – Use your fluency to build trust and close placements.


Who We Want:

  • Fluent/Native German speakers (business-level proficiency).
  • Sales or recruitment experience preferred – but graduates with language skills are welcome.
  • Target-driven – Motivated by uncapped earnings and career growth.
  • International mindset – Excited to work with global clients.
