What is recruitment?

  • You will be reaching out to managers, directors, team leaders and key stakeholders, aiding them with their hiring requirements.
  • You will be contacting, screening, interviewing and managing candidates during the start and end of the onboarding process.
  • This is a sales-focused role (NOT HR), you will conduct most of your business over the phone (cold-calling is an integral part of this)
  • Dealing with uncomfortable phone calls is second nature: you will not only be extending out offers of employment but also conducting rejection and feedback calls.
  • You will take job spec calls, and continuously develop your network to support your own business
  • You will manage your own calendar as well as arranging screening calls, interviews, and feedback calls with the clients and candidates.


Key skills required:

Interview process:

  • You will have an initial interview with one of our Internal Recruiters. During these calls we will dive into your current situation, motivations and how we could be a good fit for YOU.
  • The next step is a telephone interview with a hiring manager which could lead directly onto a final stage interview in the office to meet the Senior Management Team and experience ‘a day in the life of a Recruiter’.
