Your role as a recruiting expert
When you join Hays and become
one of our professionally trained recruiting experts you'll focus on an
industry specialism. You'll become an expert in your field; knowing the
market and roles available, the leading companies, the skills required
and the key people involved in the recruitment process. You'll work in
close partnership with senior decision makers to understand your
client's needs and deliver an outstanding recruitment service. These
relationships and those you develop with your candidates are vital to
