Full career coverage for Graduates at EE

Mobile phone network and technology company, EE, are offering graduates full coverage on their careers.

Formed by a merger of T-Mobile and Orange, EE are now offering graduates full coverage and training as part of their excellent graduate schemes. Based in Bristol or London, graduates who apply to this leading mobile phone network will gain incredible exposure to industry leading thinkers but also have the opportunity to pursue some incredible career paths.

EE are offering three Graduate Schemes for the chance to join this UK giant. EE have a Commercial Graduate Scheme, a Digital Graduate Scheme and a Technology Graduate Scheme. Each graduate that is accepted onto these programmes will face all the trials and obstacles facing these industries in such a competitive market.

The Commercial Graduate Scheme is based in Paddington, London, and will see accepted graduates earn £28,000 and work for two years on placements like Customer Engagement, Channel Marketing, Commercial Trading and Digital. While the Digital Scheme, also based in London with the same salary, graduates will focus on the customers' digital lives.

Based in Bristol, the Technology Scheme, also with a fantastic salary of £28,000, will have the successful graduate applicants working on everything and anything from Security and Solutions Architecture to Networks Infrastructure and Service Management.

A graduate on the Commercial Graduate Scheme, James Fox, said 'Every week I am doing something different - I have to react to these changes and adapt how I work. I have had a lot of great experiences - you can basically create your own placement.'

Leah Readman, working on the Digital Graduate Scheme, said 'What I found so great about the EE grad scheme was the diversity of things you can experience before you actually decide where you want to be.'

Director of Digital at EE, Max Taylor, was thrilled graduates were joining and believes this will help them in the future. Taylor said 'Arguably the next part of our journey is the most exciting - and that is to become the #1 for service. And Digital is at the heart of this because customers expect great digital experiences - whenever and wherever they are.'

Technology Graduate Schemer, Tim Kormornick, found the breadth of the work covered one of the best parts about the scheme. Kormornick said 'The placements have all been brilliant in offering me exposure to different teams, projects and people. Each one has been interesting. Strategy is a great area because it's all about our network and helping to shape future technology.'
