The Role: A Sales Career in Recruitment
This is NOT an HR role, it is a sales-focused career path, where you’ll be expected to hunt new business, negotiate deals, and build long-term client relationships. If you have experience in B2B/B2C sales, telesales, fundraising, or door-to-door sales, your skills are highly transferable to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development – Prospect, pitch, and close deals with clients needing top-tier talent.
- Candidate Sourcing – Use sales techniques to attract and place freelance professionals.
- Relationship Building – Manage client accounts via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Target-Driven Performance – Hit daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
