Job Title: Sales Associate
Salary: £30,000-35,000 base + £15k commission (£50k OTE Year 1)

Knit has an exciting role at a world-leading boutique consultancy serving top tier financial institutes across the globe.
These guys are growing and working with some of the biggest organisations out there - for clients think Tier-1 investment banks, asset managers and hedge funds like JP Morgan, Blackrock, Credit Suisse.
A core pillar of their growth has their been their development program which aims to bring in entry level talent with a clear pathway to senior roles.
Following a stellar 2023 our client is looking to scale further and add to the sales function.
The role offers a great starting salary of £30-35k with a commission structure in place to realistically earn £50k in your first year (the whole team is currently tracking to target).
They have a very well defined development and progression path in place, and multiple examples of top performers progressing into more senior roles.

You'll need:
- Master's Degree required
- OR Bachelor's Degree and demonstrated experience in or selling to financial institutions
- Proficiency in oral and written communication
