The Role;

We are looking for an ambitious, team player who is ready to embark on a career that could see them develop along either a sales or marketing management-based pathway. This role is an integral and essential part of our fast paced, hard working team, right at the forefront of communications between our sales team, on and off trade customers, consumers and our on-site operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, a proven track record of excellent organisation skills combined with an approach that puts our customers at the top of the priority list. You will be given very real responsibility and as with all small business environments, be expected to get stuck in from your first week in the job. This role will have a structured programme of learning and development designed to equip you with knowledge and experience in all aspects of the sales and marketing functions within Double-Barrelled Brewery. 

Key responsibilities
• Support of sales team, through to answering on and off trade customer enquiries, supporting telesales, trade marketing and events attendance/management
• Developing and supporting trade and consumer marketing material – including email, print, digital and social media campaigns
• Working with our E-commerce team on website updates, campaigns, PPC and data analysis
• Representing the brand in the trade, from events, tap take overs and beer festivals
• Supporting marketing and taproom team in organising exciting and dynamic consumer events
• Management of consumer enquiries
• Liaising with our Sales Account Managers and warehouse teams to ensure outstanding levels of customer service
• Assist on customer data entry and record keeping into our internal Brewery Management System (BMS)

• Eager to get stuck in and engage in a variety of different tasks
• Strong computer and systems literacy
• Solid understanding of the role of sales and marketing within a fast growing businesses
• Strong initiative with good degrees of autonomy and time management
• Outgoing personality with an interest in beer

Experience and Qualifications
• 12 months experience in a similar fast paced role
• Proven track record of working within a fast-paced customer focussed environment is ideal
• Recently graduated (last 2-3 years)
• Full clean driving licence
