Kickstart your future career and enhance your employability through the Puig Summer Mentoring Programme. Specifically for 18-25-year-olds, this opportunity provides you with the chance to be matched to a mentor at Puig and gain insight, guidance and industry wisdom from a seasoned professional.

Through a dedicated series of eight online sessions, your mentor will help you to develop the vital skills and future-proofing strategies for your career – whatever you want that to be. Whether you're refining your soft skills or building expertise, each session is purposefully tailored to elevate your employability and professional potential.

The mentors are all employees at Puig –, a global leader in the world of fragrance, fashion, makeup and skincare – and are dedicated to supporting you and your future. A low time commitment, and high impact, the programme is hosted through May–August 2024. You will arrange your sessions flexibly with your mentor, with an average of two sessions per month. The eight sessions will cover:

    • Interview Skills
    • Planning Ahead

At Puig, we know that talent and ambition don't always look or mean the same thing to different people. That's why the Puig Mentoring Programme is open to anyone aged 18-25 to apply – all you need to demonstrate is your enthusiasm for joining the programme and working with a mentor. We would like to particularly encourage individuals who are care experienced, were eligible for Free School Meals whilst in education or are the first of their family to attend higher education to apply.
