The Content Producer role:

The role is a combination of design and marketing. On the design side you’ll be working with the sales team and the consultancy part of the group to create content such as pitch decks, brochures, flyers, reports and other materials. It’ll be your responsibility to ensure that our content is both visually appealing and conveys the purpose, vision and story of The Ladder Group. You’ll also manage our social media presence and marketing efforts. In collaboration with the commercial team you’ll be responsible for creating social content and managing engagement.


Right now, our online presence is very limited so there is lots of scope for you to create commercial value for the group through this.As the first person in a creative role at the Ladder Group, you’ll have the potential to set up the function yourself and to develop into a more strategic position. It’s important that you have a passion for growth as well as excellent design and communication skills.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
  • An eye for detail and top-notch writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Passion for storytelling and innovative ideas for content creation.
  • Experience in either social media or marketing strategies.


Role Requirements:

  • Experience working in a creative role.
  • A passion for storytelling with a creative flair.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An eye for detail and top-notch writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Professional portfolio showcasing high-quality and engaging work.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
  • Excellent project management skills will the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and deadlines, prioritising appropriately.
  • Creative problem solving skills with innovative content ideas.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills – you’ll be working across multiple teams with different stakeholders.
