Progression > 6-12 months for first promotion completely dependent on your own performance. Tom Harrop who we placed was promoted to Senior SDR after 9 months and is on track to be a BDM/AE after 18 months.
Training > Quarterly budget for personal development. Full 2 weeks training around sector and product before call shadowing and call monitoring to really get them up to speed.
