The Role...
As an Internal Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Manage end-to-end recruitment internally for the business (no external clients)
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring plans
Source, screen, and interview candidates across graduate and experienced roles
Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
Build talent pipelines for future growth
Track hiring activity and performance against clear targets
