Over two years, participants will take part in tailored learning opportunities, business placements, and structured development. This includes business seminars, project work, and mentoring to develop communication skills, brand awareness, and critical thinking.

About the Role

This position sits within the Group Communications team. The team supports global communication activity across Enstar and supports in the delivery of key business initiatives through internal and external channels. This includes work in brand development, internal communications, marketing, and external engagement.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Supporting brand evolution initiatives, including implementing new brand guidelines
  • Assisting with marketing activities, including video content, social media, and campaign planning
  • Supporting internal communications priorities such as Town Halls, intranet updates, and employee campaigns
  • Preparing internal news content and updates in collaboration with business teams
  • Coordinating external conferences and branded collateral
  • Supporting PR and external communications in collaboration with agency partners
  • Contributing to the planning and delivery of communications projects across the Group

Candidate Profile

Candidates should have or be expecting to achieve a degree in a subject such as Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field.

Skills and knowledge required include:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and complete them within set timeframes
  • Interest in branding, storytelling, and employee engagement
  • Awareness of digital platforms and social media
  • Confidence in working collaboratively and proposing new ideas
