Graduate Programme Overview
Our graduate programme has streams that will set you up for success within our Commercial, Finance, Tech, People & CRLO teams.
Being part of Flutter, a FTSE 100 Global business, our graduate programmes offer you a diverse experience of working for some of the biggest entertainment brands in the UK and Ireland division. You’ll finish your programme as an expert in your area, with a versatile skillset and connections across the business to put you ahead of the game and boost your career going forwards. Technology
As a tech grad, you’ll hit the ground running. Joining our exciting technology teams, we’ll develop you into a specialist in your field over the course of two years.
You’ll be working at the heart of a game changing environment, with teams responsible for some of the UK’s leading entertainment apps, websites and games.
You’ll be passionate about technology and understand it’s importance within our business. We want students who have a desire to be innovative, who aren’t afraid to take risks and are driven to deliver. Our brands are powered by people who think different, challenge convention and ask the tough questions that ensure we are doing the best thing for our customers.
Your colleagues and mentors will give you the practical training you need to excel within Tech. You could see yourselves in core teams such as Infrastructure, Data, InfoSec, DevOps, Software Development and more!
If you have a technology background or possess self-taught strong technical skills this could be the right direction for you.
Commercial
Our commercial grads will experience many different functions of Flutter UK & Ireland. A variety of innovative teams who are dedicated to capturing the excitement sport and gaming provides, united by an ambition to lead the competition across safety, entertainment, value and ease of use.
Marketing, Product, Retail and Commercial, Trading, Customer Operations... you’re guaranteed to find the place you shine brightest.
You’ll experience a variety of projects across these teams; such as managing marketing plans, working with high profile brand ambassadors, football trading, quality control, resource planning and even hands on experience with our customers.
A challenging and rewarding career stream within our Graduate Programme, we’ll set you up for success and help you find your strengths.
Finance
Finance Graduates at Flutter UK & Ireland are a brand-new addition for 2024, and we are very excited! In the Finance career stream, you’ll get to dive into four fantastic finance departments over a three-year rotation. Each lasting 9 months. You’ll even get one rotation through Flutter Group – our parent company.
You’ll gain hands on experience and receive full study stupport to pursue professional qualifications such as ACA, CIMA or ACCA.
Your role will consist of working closely with various functions within our Finance Team. You’ll be working on recording and reporting financial management information, developing your core accounting skills and learning how to tell the story behind the numbers!
Our business is complex and means you’ll get exposure to a wealth of experience, skills and projects. Comprised of many different brands, departments and people. If you have a knack for mathematics or a degree in an accounting-based discipline - there is no better place to hone your financial career than right here.
People
Another first for our Graduate Programme! As a People Grad you’ll be joining the team who are responsible for giving our colleagues a voice and making sure their experience at work is second to none.
The People Team are comprised of numerous functions including; Internal Communications, Employer Branding, People Partnering, Talent Acquisition, People Experience and Diversity and Inclusion.
As a People Graduate, you’ll be supporting our colleagues by working on projects and areas such as; developing our learning opportunities, recruiting the best talent, creating an inclusive workplace through various initiatives or championing our core values.
You’ll get the opportunity to rotate through our teams over the course of two years, and with so many different avenues to explore we can assure you no two days will ever be the same!
CRLO
We don’t like to be confused by acronyms, so let’s break it down! CRLO stands for Chief Regulatory and Legal Office. This critical function in our business is comprised of areas such as Safer Gambling Strategy, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Public Affairs and Data Protection.
You don’t need to be a legal eagle to be considered for this opportunity but having good judgement, enthusiasm and a commitment to learn, a strong desire to make a difference and the ability to ask questions to develop your understanding will serve you well here.
You’ll rotate across a variety of different teams during your team as a CRLO Grad and get to be involved in work that relates to things such as; our safer gambling tools, risk assessments, reviewing and managing colleagues' personal data related queries and more.
