ADVANCE®AI is an exciting new technology-based SaaS company in the pharmaceutical service sector.


  • ADVANCE®AI provides pharma leaders with everyday visibility of the quality of conversations between field-based teams and Health Care Professionals (HCPs) via KPI dashboards that are updated daily in real-time.
  • Data is captured and analysed using AI to observe and record conversations, transforming them into actionable insights on campaign execution, selling skills, and call outcomes.
  • The core service has been developed in collaboration with IBM, the original innovators in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and still one of the world’s leaders in continually developing this technology.


The Graduate Programme: Rotations and Responsibilities:


This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to join a rapidly growing company that will significantly change the way pharmaceutical companies collect and analyse field insights. This 12-month programme is designed to enable you to develop the knowledge, confidence and skills necessary to kick-start your career in Customer Success and client relationship management.


Throughout three immersive rotations, you will receive comprehensive training, have access to world-class learning tools, and receive hands-on exposure to gain key insights into what we do and how we work – building a strong foundation for a full-time role upon programme completion.


Rotation 1 – Core Onboarding & Operations (3 months):

  • Complete a comprehensive onboarding programme introducing ADVANCE®AI, our products, systems, processes, and ways of working.
  • Shadow and support the help-desk and implementation teams to build a strong foundation in how our operations function day to day.


Rotation 2 - Introduction to Customer Success (3 months):

  • Apply what you have learned from the Operations team to the Customer Success team, supported by structured training in local and global client relationship management.
  • Develop a clear understanding of the full product lifecycle, from implementation and client onboarding through to renewals.


Rotation 3 - Customer Success Specialisation (6 months):

  • Work closely with the Customer Success leadership team to support the delivery of ADVANCE®AI programmes globally.
  • Assist with client communications by preparing meeting materials, joining calls, and capturing key actions.
  • Support end-to-end project coordination, including scheduling, task tracking, and internal communication across teams.
  • Help monitor client satisfaction, maintain accurate project and CRM records, and contribute to client reports, dashboards, and insights that support programme success and continuous improvement.

Application requirements:


  • You’re a recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme. STEM degrees are preferred, but graduates from Humanities fields are also encouraged to apply, provided you can showcase strong analytical and logical abilities.
  • You should have no more than two years of full-time professional experience.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential. Bilingual proficiency in an additional language is desirable, with European languages such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian preferred
  • While this is a remote-first role, during the programme you must be:
  • Based in the UK
  • Willing to travel to London 2-3+ times a year for training (including for a 1-week initial in-person onboarding).
  • You must have the right to work in the UK for the duration of the graduate programme.
  • While candidates on graduate routes or other temporary work visas are welcome to apply, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship to participate in the programme itself or guarantee a sponsored role after the programme ends.
