2026 Police Now Women in Policing – Q&A Event

Police Now

Curious about what it's really like to be a women in policing?

Whether you have questions about the training and support the programme offers, or on the experience of women in the neighbourhood policing role, this is your chance to ask them.

At Police Now, we believe in the power of diverse perspectives to drive meaningful change. 57% of participants on our National Graduate Programme identify as female, and some of these participants will be answering your questions live on our Instagram.

Join us on Thursday 17th July for a live Q&A on Instagram, where female officers on the programme will answer your questions and share their journeys.

The Q&A will run from 10-12, giving you a chance to submit your own questions and gain real insight into the programme from our female graduates, including:

  • What it's like to be a woman in neighbourhood policing
  • What support they had during the programme
  • Did they have to overcome any barriers to join the police?
  • What made them apply to Police Now's National Graduate Programme

You do not need to register to attend the event, as we will be hosting it on our Police Now Instagram (@policenowgraduates). However, please submit your question ahead of the event and our female officers will be answering them live during the Q&A. Our female graduates at the event include:

  • Nina, Police Constable and Police Now alumni
  • Sandra, Police Constable and Police Now alumni

If you are unable to join live on the day, we will save all responses to questions for you to catch-up in an Instagram highlight.
