Our Graduate Programme 

Gives you an unrivalled opportunity to gain experience in key areas of our business over 18-24 months. You will spend several months at a time in each department, gaining an understanding of how each department helps our customers be successful. You will be doing 'real work', whilst developing your skills and knowledge of GIS. The areas you will work in include: - Technical Support, Pre-Sales, Product Communications, Sales, Marketing, Localisation, Not-for-Profit, Education and Professional Services

What do we ideally look for in our Graduate GIS Consultants?   

  • To hold, or be predicted at least a 2:1 In a relevant degree subject in GIS, Geography, IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.   
  • You need to demonstrate you are genuinely keen to work for us and would like to develop a career within GIS  
  • Excellent communicators, with good presentation skills and happy to be customer facing 
  • Problem solvers, who are curious and always looking to see 'if there is a better way'
  • It is essential that you are happy to relocate to the Aylesbury area or currently live within a commutable distance (you will be working from our Aylesbury office at least 3 days per week, helping you gain a vital understanding of our company culture and how our business works)
  • It is essential you currently have the right to work full time until at least September 2028 in the UK and can pass a basic security clearance

It is a 2-stage interview process:-

  • Initial interviews will be carried out via Teams between Dec 25 and March 26.
  • Face to face interviews are held in Aylesbury on 17/2/26, 18/2/26, 24/2/26, 25/02/26, 28/4/26, 29/4/26, 6/5/26, 7/5/26.
