It is always a competitive field but this week we have got 5 absolute belters with some fantastic employers, including Network Rail, NHS and HM Treasury. What you need to show: 2.2 degree in any discipline, leadership potential and a commitment to public health and the NHS Perfect careers available if you're interested in: Human Resources and Health The National Health Service is a service built on people and they are looking for a graduate to join them and help organise the millions of employees the NHS has. The Graduate Development programme is a two year scheme that will teach you everything you need to know for recruiting, retaining and developing a high-performing workforce.This could also include organisational and workforce development, talent management, change management, remuneration and rewards, and training and development. The best thing about working for the NHS is the variety that can undertake. You can undertake a flexi-placement for two months where you can work in a different part of the organisation.

Ever since Dalmore Capital's role was place in the #UndertheRadar Top 5 jobs you may have missed, it has continued to run with the big employers. It has maintained it's place in the Top 5 most popular jobs and even moved up from fourth place. This role is the opportunity to join a relatively new and fast growing investment management company. They are looking for a bright and determined graduate who can learn fast and is looking for a career in Finance. Some of the duties that will be entrusted to the successful applicant would be work around asset management, acquisitions, fund management, value enhancement, preparation of investor reports, presentations, finance, admin, ad hoc analysis and support.

This is the first appearance of a Network Rail job in the #Hottestjobsintheworld, but it is easy to see why this one has emerged to the top of the pile. HM Treasury are looking for the best graduates and not necessarily those from a financial or economic background. As a Policy Adviser, you will be working at the heart of government and at the centre of the decision making that's shaping the nation's future. Graduates will specialise in a of finance or economics and managing tasks such as Researching, analysing and evaluating complex data, then developing or enhancing policy ideas, writing briefings for Ministers and senior managers and responding to written questions from MPs and members of the public. As this is undoubtedly a popular job, HM Treasury are looking for a 2.1 degree and 320 UCAS points. On top of these skills, the Treasury wants to see an analytical mind, the ability to see the bigger picture and excellent communication skills.
