What you need to know: Thorough training, working in tight knit teams and long and open career path at Enterprise.
What you need to show : Excellent customer service, ability to rise to challenges and always enthusiastic.
There is a lot more to Enterprise Rent-a-Car than those transatlantic adverts. This is a real opportunity to learn everything there is to know about Management and then get your teeth stuck into a real Management position. Enterprise Rent-a-Car are not looking for graduates from a particular group of universities or with a particular grade but graduates with enthusiasm and passion.

4. Professional Trainee Scheme - NFU Mutual

What you need to know: Up to £23k, based in Stratford-upon-Avon and looking to recruit for IT and Customer Service (Underwriting) Schemes.
What you need to show: Genuine interest in underwriting and insurance, analytical thinker and a real commitment to working hard and learning fast. NFU Mutual are looking to employ graduates with a real passion for what they do. They are prepared to supplement any lack of experience or knowledge with training as long as the enthusiasm and desire to learn is there. NFU Mutual are based in Stratford-upon-Avon and are looking for graduates with a positive attitude to join them. As part of the Professional Trainee Scheme successful applicants will be on one of two schemes as either in IT Division Scheme or Customer Service (Underwriting) Scheme. While the job title sounds quite ambiguous, the role is very clear: Help people in England live better for longer. This could be improving or response to dementia; or helping reduce smoking rates in children; or working to ensure that the NHS is sustainable for another 60 years. 1. Probation Services Officer - National Probation Service

What you need to know: Working in the Probation services, working with offenders in communities, hostels and courts and tackling the source of their behavior. What you need to show: Related degree to criminology, experience of working with challenging people or in difficult positions. This week's winner is a superb and worthwhile opportunity. Graduates are given the opportunity to help and rehabilitate some of the UK's offenders. The role is vitally important and highly demanding, it will involved graduates tapping into the source of their behavior. Graduates will be responsible for addressing these issues and helping offenders in any way they can.
