We're into 2014 and we've had a late surge in the fantastic schemes available for graduates to apply for. We're still encouraging students and graduates to get their applications in as many of the schemes look to close in the next few weeks. Students and graduates alike need to be ready to write relevant covering letters and tailor their CVs for jobs as some of the deadlines do not allow graduates the chance to mull over their best skills. E.ON has slipped down just one spot since last week's top 5. The Top Talent Programme is a brilliant opportunity for graduates to get involved in and I am not sure how it has not made the top spot. We posted the role on Facebook and it got a great response and now has made second spot in its first week on graduate-jobs.com. The role is a great opportunity for graduates to learn and flourish in areas like sales, marketing, customer service, retail and financial services. The programme provides not only world class opportunities but training along side it, including 3 months in Stuttgart over the 18 month programme.
