The role offers an excellent starting salary, with a structured two year programme for graduates to train and pick up the required skills to thrive.

A winner from two weeks ago, the Intelligence Office Development Programme has maintained a large flow of applications for what would be a fantastic career in the security service. BP are offering too many schemes to name, all with the opportunity for graduates to earn themselves top class training. Some might say the healthy pay packet goes some way to explaining the popularity of the job, but graduates are really applying for the chance prove themselves at such a prestigious international company. 1. The Volkswagen Group - Graduate Schemes Graduates have gone bananas for this role. Clocking up some of the highest traffic and the continual tidal wave of applications it has received when it was first made live, the role from The Volkswagen Group can't be far from a new GJ record. The Volkswagen Group, a combination of car manufactures like Audi, Bugatti, Seat, Skoda, Bentley, Porsche and of course Volkswagen themselves, is looking for graduates to join them on a two year programme, with the option of a further year for those that really impressed. Successful applicants are not always petrol heads, but The Volkswagen Group wants graduates that show drive (no pun intended), enthusiasm and the ability to deliver high quality results when they are required to.
