The job entails maintaining a prestigious and dynamic client portfolio, needing effort and intelligence to continue business relations along with forging and growing business contacts through business development.

A number of your clients will be historic clients; however, you will be challenged to strike new business relationships. We expect our consultants to attend client meetings and to get to know our clients i.e. to effectively manage their accounts. Being a boutique consultancy, we offer our clients a range of services which will allow us to work on both traditional assignments as well as retained searches either on an advertised or executive search mandate.
