Role: Early Years Sales Development Representative
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 plus uncapped commission (17k - 20k OTE Y1)

Experience Required
- Recruitment / Sales experience would be hugely advantageous, with experience in outbound prospecting: cold calling, cold emailing, social outreach
- Comfortable owning top-of-funnel activity and booking new meetings
- Able to source new leads using tools such as LinkedIn or similar platforms
- Confident in maintaining accurate data and pipeline updates in a CRM
- Ability to capture market feedback and share insights with the internal team
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and managing a robust outbound pipeline
- Booking discovery calls with senior decision-makers
- Conducting high-volume outreach across phone, email, and social channels
- Keeping CRM activity up to date with accurate forecasting
- Providing feedback to help strengthen value propositions and outbound campaigns
