Role: Early Years Sales Development Representative

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 plus uncapped commission (17k - 20k OTE Y1)

Experience Required

  • Recruitment / Sales experience would be hugely advantageous, with experience in outbound prospecting: cold calling, cold emailing, social outreach
  • Comfortable owning top-of-funnel activity and booking new meetings
  • Able to source new leads using tools such as LinkedIn or similar platforms
  • Confident in maintaining accurate data and pipeline updates in a CRM
  • Ability to capture market feedback and share insights with the internal team

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and managing a robust outbound pipeline
  • Booking discovery calls with senior decision-makers
  • Conducting high-volume outreach across phone, email, and social channels
  • Keeping CRM activity up to date with accurate forecasting
  • Providing feedback to help strengthen value propositions and outbound campaigns
