Position: Sales Development Representative

Location: Manchester City Centre (with the best views around!)

Salary: £24,000 per annum with Uncapped Commission & Additional Bonuses (First Year OTE of £30,000-35,000)

What you'll be doing:

  • Sourcing and contacting potential prospects through all forms of outreach, including cold calling, videos, LinkedIn and email prospecting
  • Engaging with a range of prospects including VPs / Heads of Sales / CEOs
  • Qualifying leads and arranging meetings for the divisional leaders to attend with you via Zoom/F2F
  • Identifying cross-sell opportunities for all divisions of the business
  • Identifying cross-sell opportunities for all divisions of the business including the Prime Sales Academy, bespoke sales training, graduate and mid-senior sales recruitment both in the UK and US.
  • Promoting Prime and our unique offering across social media platforms
  • Keeping up to date with the latest industry news and insights through independent research
  • Building your network and presence on LinkedIn
  • Managing, tracking and reporting your sales activities, pipeline and results through the CRM database
  • Collaborate with all the Prime team, sharing ideas and working together to achieve more
