At NEXT, not only are we one of the UK's largest fashion retailers, but we're also one of the largest listed companies, full-stop. Selling our products and thousands of world-famous brands, both in-store and online. What's more, we're growing. Fast. And it's the kind of growth and investment that is exciting for everyone in our business.

With over 500 stores, a massive distribution network that handles 350 million units a year and over 8 million online customers in 135 countries, it takes an exceptional team to make it all happen.

Our continued growth and success is dependent on the expertise, passion and adaptability of our teams and we are looking for talented, dynamic and creative people to join us on the next step of this exciting journey and beyond.

TAKE ON:2026

We are looking for the next generation of leaders within our distribution network as our popular Logistics Management Graduate programme returns for 2026!

Our Graduate programme will introduce you to the exciting opportunities a career at NEXT has to offer. From Picking to Projects, you will be immersed in the world of NEXT and our partner brands.

Joining us in September 2026, you will spend your time working in our warehousing complexes across South and West Yorkshire, learning about all things NEXT Distribution. Throughout the 2 year programme you will be based at South Elmsall (Pontefract) or Dearne Valley (Rotherham) but will rotate through placements and masterclasses in various areas of the business whilst embarking on our bespoke mentoring course. Following time spent in departments such as Transport, Engineering and Loss Prevention, you will be leading your own team and completing a process improvement project. You will also spend time at our Head Office in Leicester, with our Customer Service teams and stores, to learn more about our entire network.

As a Logistics Management Graduate, you'll benefit from regular catch-ups with your dedicated Mentor in a collaborative partnership to support your personal development, embark on a structured programme covering key topics to support your journey within NEXT, and mid-point assessments every three months to review your progress against a set of competencies designed for your two-year programme.

The aim is you will progress into a position as one of our Assistant site Managers or similar level role after completing the programme.

About you:

The title of your degree doesn't really matter; what's important is that you are on track for a 2.1 or have a 2:1 which you completed in the last 3 years and you're enthusiastic to begin your career within logistics.

We ask that you are located or relocating to a commutable distance of our South Elmsall or Rotherham sites and have a driving licence so you can visit our locations around the UK. You will need to be happy to work any shift pattern, as you will be expected to change patterns as you experience the different areas of the business

As a confident communicator, you will be comfortable building relationships with the colleagues you will meet at all levels across the business. You will enjoy decision making, critical thinking and problem solving, and be keen to try out your University skills in the workplace.

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. We have assessed this role and do not consider that we would be able to sponsor a successful candidate under the Skilled Worker route as the role does not meet the relevant Home Office criteria; therefore the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate right to work without NEXT sponsorship.
