Lloyds Banking Group - Data Management and Strategy Graduate Scheme
Lloyds Banking Group
Make data dance. Make decisions sing
At Lloyds Banking Group, data isn't just a file sitting quietly on a server. It's the fuel that fires up every smart move we make. It's the beat we all move to.
Our Data & Analytics has one mission: to weave data, analytics and AI into our DNA. Why? Because we want every decision - big or small - to be powered by data.
As a Data Management Graduate, you won't just sit on the sidelines. You'll be in the mix. Embedding frameworks, shaping strategy, managing key relationships and building the data tools and culture that turn information into innovation.
Two years. All the angles
The two year scheme offers hybrid working in our key UK hubs. You'll rotate across data driven teams, learning how we manage, protect and extract value from our most precious asset.
You could be:
- Championing data excellence by helping teams embed Group-wide data management standards and principles - making our data trusted, wellgoverned, and ready for action.
- Driving impact through strong oversight, reducing risk and unlocking better decisions and outcomes.
- Building capabilities that matter - from rolling out tools and training to co-creating processes with stakeholders that elevate our data maturity.
- Developing data strategies that help us grow in the right direction, aligned to the Group's goals and values.
- Empowering a thriving data community by sharing knowledge, offering guidance, and creating space for others to learn.
- Promoting a data driven culture by embedding data-first thinking and reporting on the metrics that really matter.
All while getting hands-on with the tools and tech that keep us futurefocused such as: Power BI, Collibra, Ataccama, Google Cloud Platform, Jira Python, SQL, Tableau, Looker, Dataplex, Confluence and Microsoft Visio.
