Lloyds Banking Group - Corporate Banking and Markets Graduate Scheme
Lloyds Banking Group
Work with the companies everyone else talks about
At Lloyds Banking Group, we serve some of the largest corporate and institutional clients with strong UK ties. We're talking big. Really big. Generally those with a turnover above £100m.
From our bases in the UK and the USA, we're their go-to for funding big infrastructure, backing major housing and manufacturing projects, supporting higher education and regional development, and helping them navigate the fast-changing world of finance.
We're experts in transaction banking, debt financing, risk management and ESG advisory. And right now, we're investing in new products, digital trade solutions and capital markets growth - all while improving our client experience and building innovative offerings that help our customers make responsible, sustainable choices.
As a CIB Graduate, you won't just hear about the big deals. You'll be in the room, learning how they're made and seeing the strategy unfold.
Two years. Four rotations. Unlimited learning
Over two years, you'll take on four placements across our hubs in London, Birmingham, and Edinburgh, with the chance to explore other strategic locations (and maybe even a stint in Frankfurt). Think of it as a guided tour through the most fascinating corners of corporate and institutional banking.
